3 Easy Ways To Practice Mindfulness

In this fast moving external world, we have lost our inner connection. Every day is a struggle. Everyone is fighting for some position. You don’t have time for yourself.
在這個快速變化的外部世界,我們失去了我們的內在聯繫。每天都在掙扎著。每個人都爭取職位,沒有時間為自己活。
This is the time to answer all these questions by practicing mindfulness.
是時候可以通過練習正念來回答這些問題。
1. Live in the moment
活在當下
Enjoy your present without connecting the events with your past and future. You don’t have to worry about anything because things unfold in a natural manner. Peel off all the insecurities and just concentrate on your work. Embrace the freshness of this moment to analyze the beauty of NOW. Mindfulness means to be aware of what is happening in the present moment.
不在乎過去和未來好好享受你的現在。不必擔心一切,因為會有最自然的方式。擺脫安全感,只關注你現在的工作。通過分析現在的美來擁抱這一刻。正念就意味著意識到現在這一刻發生的事。
In order to live this moment, you have to love your job, your surroundings, your life. Do everything with pure joy. Start doing all the things you always wanted to do.
為了活在這一刻,你得愛你的工作,你周圍的環境,你的生活。做一切可以讓你開心的事。開始做你想做的事。
2. Accept your weak points
接受你的缺點
As nobody is perfect, you must accept your imperfections. If we are not fully aware of our mistakes, we may not only miss what is most significant in our lives but also fail to recognize our true potential. Instead of suppressing your mistakes, analyze them mindfully. A successful person learns from the mistakes only.
人無完人,你必須得接受你的不完美。如果我們沒有充分認識到自己的錯誤,我們可能錯過的不僅是我們生活中最有意義的,而且還不能意識到我們真正的潛力。與其埋葬你自己的錯誤,平心靜氣的分析。一個成功的人只會從失敗中學習。
Highlight your weak points and start working on them. If you can’t solve your problem, ask for some assistance from trustworthy people. 
看到你自己的缺點,並開始學著改變。如果你不能解決自己的問題,那就向你信任的人尋求幫助。
It doesn’t matter if they laugh at you. Today, they are laughing at your foolishness. Tomorrow, you will smile at their innocence.
他們嘲笑你也沒什麼。今天他們因為你的愚蠢而嘲笑你,明天你會笑他們的天真。
3. Wait Patiently
耐心的等待
Waiting at the red light, waiting for someone. All these examples are very common in our personal life. The best way to tackle this problem is to shift your focus. Calm down and concentrate on the things around you. If this doesn’t work, focus on your breathing. You just have to observe your breathing pattern.
等紅燈,等某個人。這些都是我們個人生活中很常見的例子。處理這些問題的最好方法就是轉換你的注意力。平靜一點,把注意力集中到你周圍的事物中。如果還是沒用,那就集中注意力去感受呼吸。你得觀察你的呼吸方式。
